About This Role:

Context Creative is a presentation-specific design agency that supports a variety of clients from seed stage startups through Fortune 10 enterprises. We have extensive presentation and storytelling experience, and are experts in presentation development and production. Our company is currently seeking an experienced designer interested in joining our team in a remote, part-time capacity. For the right candidate, this opportunity could transition to a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

Candidates should be able to review a provided design style and apply it with consistency throughout one or more full deliverables. Example responsibilities include:

Design Creation: Develop visually compelling presentation decks that align with client branding and project objectives.
Content Visualization: Translate complex ideas and data into easily understandable visual formats, ensuring clarity and impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with our team to refine design concepts and incorporate client feedback.

Requirements:

Self-sufficiency: Able to work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently.
Proven experience: At least 1-3 years of professional experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in industry standard presentation softwares.
Design skills: Excellent graphic design skills, including an understanding of layout, typography, and color theory – in all aspects, must have incredible attention to detail.
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and integrate feedback quickly and effectively.
Growth mindset: Desire to continue building skill set through asking questions, working in new programs, and working across design styles

Experience:

Professional experience and/or education in arts, design, and/or business
Experience working in Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Powerpoint
Experience working in Keynote and Google Slides, familiarity with Figma
Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Base Rate

Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience
